RANETTA HARDIN, M.A.
Ranetta Hardin, M.A., is a research scientist at Activate. Ms. Hardin is experienced in instrument development and testing, web survey design, data collection, analysis, and grantee support. Her qualitative data collection efforts include multiple types of focus group and one-on-one interviews, including cognitive labs and over-the-phone debriefing interviews with web survey participants. She has provided technical assistance to grantees, conducted onsite risk and needs assessments and engaged grantees in logic model development. In addition to her analytic and technical support expertise, Ms. Hardin has experience in web and print design and assists in document preparation for publication. This includes layout and formatting, quality assurance, and Section 508 compliance. Prior to joining Activate, Ranetta worked in academic and student affairs at both private and public higher education institutions. She earned her M.A. in higher and postsecondary education from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
