Senior Research Scientist

Jane has extensive experience with study design, data collection, and data analysis in quantitative and mixed-methods studies. Her expertise also extends into program evaluation, particularly with respect to the adequacy of program funding and the cost of program implementation. In addition to her research expertise, Jane has a background in non-profit educational program management, teaching, and coaching. Jane has a master’s degree in psychology from Washington College and a doctorate in education policy and leadership from the University of Maryland, College Park.
